  • Executive Director

Taileah is a civil engineer, the owner and president of TJ Hunter Engineering, Inc. She is often referred to as Tai by her peers, colleagues, and friends. Tai is a source of inspiration and motivation for those around her. She has faced challenges in her personal life, including a close family member who was incarcerated for over ten years. During that time, she tutored her family member in math so that he could earn his GED while in prison. This experience, combined with the lack of representation and guidance during her upbringing, inspired her to create flowOURS.

We, at flowOURS, aim to foster growth through STEM, mentorship, and community. The flow is OURS!
